Academic Constitution

The DAAS Institutional Mentor Code

Four uncompromising covenants signed by our faculty council to protect student trust and educational dignity.

Rule 01

Permanent Core Faculty Only

Zero rotating guest lecturers or junior stand-ins. The professor who welcomes your student on day one in Class 11 is the identical mentor who guides them through their final JEE Advanced and NEET test revision.

Rule 02

Mandatory Personal Doubt Attendance

Faculty are contractually present every afternoon from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM at physical one-on-one desks. No student leaves the South Extension campus with an unsolved physics problem or chemistry ambiguity.

Rule 03

Zero Inflated or Bought Ranks

We strictly forbid the commercial practice of buying correspondence rankers. Every photograph and roll number published by DAAS belongs to a student who attended our physical classroom in Delhi.

Rule 04

The 22-Student Absolute Ceiling

Under no financial circumstance will any classroom batch exceed 22 students. This guarantees eye contact, personalized speed calibration, and proactive intervention when a student's marks dip.

A student does not fail JEE Advanced because they lack intelligence. They fail because mega-coaching factories put them into auditoriums of 150 students where their doubts are neglected. At DAAS, we restore the sacred guru-shishya discipline of focused, rigorous apprenticeship.
